Welcome to SwabiLaundry! By accessing and using our laundry and dry cleaning services in Dubai, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. General Terms
- SwabiLaundry provides professional laundry and dry cleaning services in Dubai with pickup and delivery options.
- By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
2. Service Usage
- You agree to provide accurate personal and contact details for pickup and delivery.
- Clothes must be properly checked for valuable items before handing them over. SwabiLaundry is not responsible for any lost items.
- We follow standard garment care procedures but are not liable for damages due to fabric defects, pre-existing damage, or non-washable items.
3. Pickup & Delivery
- Our laundry pickup and delivery in Dubai is scheduled based on availability.
- If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 3 hours in advance to reschedule.
- Orders not collected within 30 days will be considered abandoned and disposed of responsibly.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment must be made before or at the time of delivery via cash, credit card, or online payment.
- Any promotional offers are subject to terms and may not be combined with other discounts.
5. Refunds & Claims
- If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery for assessment.
- In case of loss or damage, compensation (if applicable) will not exceed 10 times the laundry service charge for the item.
- No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, except in cases where we are at fault.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
- You can cancel or modify your order before pickup by contacting our support team.
- Orders already processed cannot be canceled.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure that clothes are suitable for machine washing, dry cleaning, or ironing.
- We are not responsible for color bleeding, shrinkage, or weak fabric damage if the garment care label is followed correctly.
8. Liability Limitations
- SwabiLaundry is not responsible for damages due to incorrect labeling, wear and tear, or manufacturer defects.
- We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as delays due to weather, strikes, or other emergencies.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected and used as per our Privacy Policy, available here.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dubai courts.
